Kedarnath, Kalpnath,Tungnath, Madmaheshwar and Rudranath are the five temple of lord Shiva which are known as the Panch Kadar. According to a myth while eluding Pandavas Lord Shiva’s different parts of body appeared in these laces which are today the most important shrines of Lord Shiva.
